How much does custom construction software cost?

It depends on scope, user count and integration depth. A focused module (e.g. field forms) usually starts at €8–29k. A full multi-module platform with ERP integration ranges €30–80k. We provide a bracket at the scoping stage, after a half-day workshop.

How long does a site app take to build?

Accepted Answer

A usable first version (field MVP) ships in 8–14 weeks. A complete version with integrations, full offline mode, advanced permissions and dashboards lands in 4–9 months depending on scope. The cadence is weekly with regular demos and trade-off reviews.

How do you integrate custom software with my stack (ERP, DMS, ActiveDirectory)?

Accepted Answer

Via REST APIs, file exchange (CSV, XML, EBP, BatiPrix), webhooks, or direct DB connection. For authentication: SAML, OIDC, or ActiveDirectory via LDAP. We document every integration and provide a test environment.

Is offline mode on site really reliable?

Yes — when designed from the ground up, not bolted on. Our field apps use local storage (SQLite or IndexedDB), handle conflict resolution at sync time and operate fully without network. Photos and signatures are queued and sent once a stable connection is detected.

What happens to my tool if Digi TP shuts down tomorrow?

Your data belongs to you. The source code is delivered to you (standard contractual clauses) and hosted by you or a third-party host (OVH, Scaleway). No closed proprietary components: we build on documented open-source stacks.

Hosting: on-premise or cloud?

Accepted Answer

Either. European sovereign cloud by default (OVH, Scaleway, Outscale). On-premise available for organisations with an in-house IT department and strict sovereignty requirements. No non-EU hosting without explicit consent.

Do you work on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis?

Fixed-price for clearly scoped phases (scoping, MVP, defined modules). Time-and-materials or capacity subscription for ongoing maintenance and adjustment phases. Both models can coexist on a single project.

How do you ensure code quality?

Systematic automated testing, CI/CD, code review on every pull request, production monitoring (Sentry, Prometheus depending on context), periodic security audits. Code is documented, consistently styled and readable by anyone taking over maintenance.

GDPR: who is the data controller and who is the processor?

You are the data controller for the business data processed by your application. Digi TP acts as a processor (Article 28 GDPR) during hosting and maintenance phases, governed by a dedicated DPA. No non-EU transfer without your explicit consent.

Our core focus remains construction, public works and infrastructure. We have not yet undertaken commercial outreach beyond these sectors, but we are able to address the needs of any company, regardless of its industry.
