The digi-tp.com website uses no advertising trackers, no audience cookies and no behavioural analysis. This policy details the limited processing carried out via the contact form.
1. Data controller
The data controller for the personal data collected on this site is DIGI TP, a French single-member limited liability company (EURL) with share capital of €1,000, registered with the RCS of Melun under number 833 021 215, with its registered office at 17 rue de Lorrez, 77710 Nanteau-sur-Lunain, represented by its Managing Director Mr Robin Nicolas. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as our processing activities do not legally require one.
2. Data collected
The contact form collects only strictly necessary data: full name, business e-mail address, company and role (optional), subject, message, and explicit consent to processing. No data is collected without an active action on your part. No sensitive data within the meaning of article 9 of the GDPR is collected.
3. Purpose
Data is used exclusively to: read and understand your request, get back to you, ensure commercial and technical follow-up, and keep a record of the exchange for evidence and relationship management.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your explicit consent at form submission time (article 6.1.a GDPR), for initial contact purposes, and on the legitimate interest of DIGI TP (article 6.1.f GDPR) for any subsequent commercial relationship.
5. Recipients
Only the Managing Director and authorised employees of DIGI TP have access to messages received via the form. No data is sold, transferred, or shared with any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.
6. Technical processors
Hosting: OVH SAS (Roubaix, France) — dedicated server located in the European Union. E-mail delivery: SMTP relay with STARTTLS on port 587. Anti-bot verification: Cloudflare Turnstile (challenges.cloudflare.com), used in invisible mode and limited to verifying that the submission originates from a human. None of these processors processes data on its own account.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Data collected via this site is stored within the European Union (France). Cloudflare, as the Turnstile service provider, may technically process the verification token from its worldwide datacentres; this processing is strictly limited to token signing and does not include any form data. DIGI TP commits not to carry out any non-EU transfer of received messages without your prior explicit consent.
8. Retention
Messages received are retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from last contact, for commercial evidence and relationship purposes. After that, they are deleted or anonymised. If the relationship leads to a contract, data required to perform the contract is retained for the contractual period, then archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
9. Cookies and trackers
The digi-tp.com website uses no audience measurement cookies, no advertising trackers, and no behavioural analysis tools. Only strictly necessary technical cookies (e.g. language preference) may be used. No consent banner is required, consistent with CNIL guidance on cookies exempt from consent.
10. Your rights
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, send your request via the contact form, with subject "GDPR request".
11. Complaint to the CNIL
If, after contacting us, you believe your data protection rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) — 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — www.cnil.fr.
12. Security
DIGI TP implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data: systematic HTTPS, encrypted SMTP transport, restricted server access, regular backups, security updates.
13. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page. We encourage regular review.
